Apple Welcomes Beats on His Official Website (And Vice Versa)

Ready, everything is closed. Once the European Commission approved the acquisition a few days ago, now the eponymous Agency of the United States also has done so. And with that, has already completed the purchase of Beats by Apple. The company has published an official message on its website to reflect the news:

We are excited to officially today welcome Beats Music and Beats Electronics to the Apple family. Music has always had a special place in our hearts, and we are thrilled to join forces with a group of people who loves it as much as we. The counfadores of Beats Jimmy Iovine and Dr. Dre have created beautiful products that have helped millions of people to deepen its connection with the music. We are delighted to work with the team to further elevate the experience. And we cannot expect what is going to come.

Beats has also done the same in your portal:

Musicians depend on their instruments to add structure and shape to your imagination. At the dawn of digital recording, the Macintosh computer was the favorite instrument. At the beginning of the portable digital music, the iPod put all the world’s music library in your pocket. The iPhone not only became an instrument for music, but also the center of your networked life. IPad extended this capability with a user interface and applications allowing you to compose a Symphony on the subway. Starting today, in Beats we are fortunate to add our instrument to this legacy through our union with Apple. Products which we believe together will allow us to imagine the sound and continuing this great tradition of bringing imagination to life.

Another result that we see today is the closure of Beats Electronics shop. You can continue browsing our catalog of products offered by the company, but instead of being able to buy it directly we will come with a link to the Apple Store online. We continue being able to buy headphones Beats from other stores, of course, but now the official channel of sale happens to be Apple.

And the last detail: Vivendi, a French company from Universal Music Group, It has sold its 13% in shares of Beats Apple for 404 million dollars. And with this, it seems that parts of the acquisition are already placed on the game board. Now just have to have patience and wait for the new Beats and Apple launched jointly. Many thanks to all those who have advised us!
