Nokia Charges Again HTC for Patent Breach

Nokia initiates further patent litigation against HTC, which recognize the allegations, but says it is not their fault.

Finnish Nokia initiates now a number of new cases against Taiwanese HTC, who is accused of multiple violations of Nokia’s patents.

-“We began actions against HTC in 2012 to end the unauthorized use of our proprietary innovations and technologies,” says Nokia to our site.

Although a German Court confirmed infringements of its patents in HTC´s products, HTC is not immediately shown willingness to change their practices. The Taiwanese company has instead tried to shift the blame onto their subcontractors.

Nokia now instigates further matters before the U.S. patent court the U.S. ITC and by a Federal Court in California.

HTC has not had many comments on the case, but says, according to our site:
