Samsung and Apple Agree to The Abandonment of Their Disputes Outside of The United States Patent

After years of trials, sentences millionaires, ads that cast salt to the wounds and business relationships that hanging by a thread, Samsung and Apple they have managed to give hand to put aside disputes over patents, at least outside the United States.

They have done seven months after resuming negotiations in this regard, with the following statement reflecting us from the Financial Times:

Apple and Samsung have agreed to leave all litigation between the two companies outside the United States. This agreement does not affect any licensing agreement, and companies are still working to win the existing cases in U.S. courts.

After too long without agreements, it’s about time that we had a news as well. It is not a total peace agreement, but that drop all the struggles of patents in various countries of the world (Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Korea of the South and the United Kingdom) except in the United States is very important.

At the end, and after the, Samsung can make a profit of Apple and vice versa because the Asian company can manufacture the components of iOS terminals. For me that should have the possibility of an agreement of this type that it can produce more profits for both companies on the table, and that should have propelled this agreement to mitigate hostilities. Everything will look like in the future, when we know the manufacturers of components of what we should see from autumn or the year that comes to more take.
